Soccer team – Los Academicos

The MCI small-sided soccer team “Los Academicos” has been in existence since the winter semester 2024/2025. We are a team of MCI students from all degree programs and semesters. We’ve grown closer together through weekly training on Tuesdays and league matches on Sundays, which has led to some friendships forming. We often go for a drink together after training or a game. Although the team has only just been founded, we have been relatively successful in the 2nd Innsbruck Small-Sided League so far and are doing everything we can to move up in the upcoming second half of the season. As our team includes players from Spain, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands and other countries, we communicate in English.
