Recently, the FP provincial party chairman called for the project for the new MCI building to be stopped. This proposal is not an option for the Austrian student body at MCI. “The fiasco surrounding the new MCI building and the related mistakes made by the state government cannot be glossed over. However, the MCI is currently bursting at the seams, which is why for us as \u00f6h mci there is no alternative to an expansion in the form of a new building. The demand to stop the MCI project is therefore definitely not an option for us,” says \u00f6h mci Chairman Julian Pfurtscheller.<\/p>\n
“The students are the ones who suffer”: \u00f6h mci continues to demand a rapid start to construction<\/strong><\/p>\n The \u00f6h mci has already spoken out several times in the past that this project should be implemented quickly due to the lack of space and the current distribution of the MCI across many locations. “We have been promised the new MCI building many times, but nothing has happened yet. The victims of this debacle are clearly us, the students. The MCI is a renowned university whose students are not getting the infrastructure they deserve due to the failure of the state.
